I don't think this will help the Big 3 at all. Some Impala rated at 20/25 will now be more like 17/20 and some Suburban may go from 16/19 to 10/16.
These will be very sobering for Big 3 shoppers.
Also, to note bigger vehicles that were "Exempt" before will now get stickers -- like an Escalade ~6/10 -- haha....
