For example, if I drive my HCH as everyone elso on the road does:
65-75MPH, accelerate on the hills, doesn't matter, passing, etc
I could expect low to mid 40's for MPG.

However I drive very conservatively (as is detailed on my website) and
I continually get mid 50's to low 60's for MPG.

I've seen a couple of Prius's and they usually drive right along with traffic with regular traffic driving habbits and I read on these boards that most folks just drive this way.

In also understand most Prius owners get mid-upper 40's MPG,
I was just wondering if this is why.

I'm not knocking it... that's not the reason for the post.

I was just wondering what mileage was (reasonably) possible with Prius.

BTW
I dabble with 3D animation stuff and this is something I came up with.

I'd LOVE to do a 3D animation about Hybrids but I'm lacking the materials...
namely photos, etc of a Hybrid engine, battery pack etc
