Did you manually enter the data into the Excel spreadsheet or can it be downloaded from the scanguage directly to a computer?

I have noticed coming home from work each day that with the ECO light continually on when going up a small elevation that the MPG drops several points any ideas? If three cylinders are on then and also while crusing why is this going down, I understand miles per hour going down.
