Default What about the VUE's reliability?
We just bought an 07 Prius, base model. OTD price was about $25,000. Not bad.

We thought about getting a VUE, (it made our initial list for review and possible purchase), but were concerned about two things:

1. GM's reliability is spotty. Does this apply to the VUE and subsequently to the VUE hybrid? (Toyota's reliability and the reliability of the Prius is well known.)

2. MPG rating for the VUE was nothing to write home about.


Can anyone speak to the reliability of the VUE and speculate on the related reliability of the VUE hybrid?

I am considering getting one for myself next year, which is why I ask.
