I had to manually write down and type the data in to the spreadsheet, since the ScanGauge has no interface to download the data to a computer.

Even with the ECO light on, if you go up a slight elevation your mileage may decrease since the load on your engine and fuel burn rate will be higher than if you are driving on a level road. Try reducing pressure on the gas pedal slightly when going up the incline, but not so much that your speed drops much.
