You are right on the money with the above comment, that is exactly how Toyota's customer care department handles these problems from my experience. And of course the dealer doesn't have much incentive to worry about my complaints or refund money on the navigation system he has already sold. Anyway I hope to get a response this coming week as to what Toyota is willing to do regarding taking back the navigation system. Will keep you posted.
