Wow! That's scarey!

A few years ago I had a Toyota dealer do a RECALL (not TSB) without me asking for it, something about the child lock latches on the rear doors of my Highlander beeing too long, they could get caught and inadvertantly repositioned, allowing kids to open the doors when the drivers thought they were locked, but doing a TSB is kinda scarey....

And other times I have had to PROVE to them that their TSB even existed!
