Dan - the Mud Guards require drilling in front and rear (the rear requires taking the tire off or using an angled drill bit if you have one). A mix-up with my dealer enabled me to get the holes drilled (I thought the dealer ordered the color-keyed, which he didn't & put on the standard black which I thought looked terrible so he took them off & didn't charge me for labor).
I'd ask the dealer to drill the holes gratis (for customer satisfaction as well as avoid ~$65/hour labor rate) then put them on yourself.
The rear is a bit tricky even with the hole drilled as you need either a really short screwdriver or a long necked screwdriver to get torque at an angle.
Definately worth the trouble. Good Luck with your new TCH.
