I got my car on Aug 1, 2006 and I'm about to hit 20k in the next couple of weeks, and I have yet to take a "long-distance" trip over 100miles in the car! I drive over 25k/yr since my daily commute is 100miles, which is why I bought a hybrid in the first place.
