The Prius is more versatile...the Civic Hybrid has more comfortable seats. I chose the versatility and installed lumbar in my Prius. Hands down HSD in the Prius is superior to the Civic Hybrid system. Personal opinion, of course. Choose what feels right and you won't go wrong!
