Yes, this will work, and you'll have a rippled six-pack when you've pumped all four tires. It works in a pinch, but the amount of air a bike pump delivers is very small compared to the size of a car tire. The cylinder for a bike pump is designed to deliver high pressure/low volume, while a car needs high volume/low pressure. Being the tight-wad I am, I'd rather fill my car tires with a bike pump for 1/2 hour rather than spend a quarter.
