Most of the time I can get up to 40 in EV (and sometimes a couple over) if I am very careful and slow. About 3-4 miles is about the limit on one charge unless you are going downhill. I have gotten up to 8 miles and 15 minutes in EV but that was in a park with gentle up and down hills where the EV got me up and the coast recharged enough - never over 30 miles per hour.

There has been at least one firmware update but only at the factory - none yet out here in the field. Dealer Techs cannot do any tweaks.
