Ok, I guess you're right. There's a $1K difference in the Prius to 2532 model Camry (LE Automatic 4cyl). But that's not the base Camry.

Heck, it's just as accurate to say it's $4,500 less than the base Camry, since that's the price difference between it and the XLE V6.

I'm not hair-splitting guy, but the hype that gives people shattered expectations causes significant damage to credibility.
