Hi Ray,
Our dealer said we didn't but our sticker said we did have a perimeter alarm on our '05. We've tested it and it's there. If you want to try it out, roll down the window, set the alarm, wait about a minute and then reach in through the open window and open the door. You may also want to try to open the outside handle before you open the inside. Anyway, we did this and tripped it and it works great so I'm confident since we at least have an alarm, even if the key lockout doesn't work.
