Chris - great chart! You must live near me...

It seems that a little bit of wetness/frost/snow on the road or some winds can also drop your mileage a few mpg on a trip. It was cold here the last couple of days - but still air and dry roads led to 5-6mpg better than with wind/rain just before that....
