This engine and VVT must be the "big news" that has been hinted at recently by Ford's people. Naturally it's great to see RSC standard.

It will be interesting to see how the gas-electric transition changes. The 08 is remarkable versus the previous generation and I'm not sure how much better they can make it, but I'm optimistic. Glad to see they are making these changes. EcoBoost in the gas version should be the next big thing in 2010 or 2011.

I'm really curious to see if the MPG numbers change. And the price!
