item 2 is clearly not normal behavior. Item 3: as other posters have noted the transition between ICE and EV is seamless-- so much so that I sometimes have to look at the tach to see if the engine is running. I have had a "jerky" stop on occasion-- I think the transition from regenerative braking to compressive (pad) braking can sometimes be a bit abrupt, as if the pads are damp, dry off when you begin to brake, then grab a bit, right at the end of a deceleration. Don't think this has anything to do with the ICE/EV transition, and it may or may not be related to what you are experiencing. Have it checked out.
