The Clem engine design does not use steam for its energy, but rather an excess of energy from centrifugal over pressure. The heat is generated by compressing the oil to thousands of lbs PSI, before it is ejected from the nozzles. I can send you an Excel spread sheet of the forces involved if you are interested.
