Sounds like you are advocating insurance fraud, CA Girl. He said nobody was hurt and regardless of fault, that doesn't give anyone the right to sue for "pain and suffering" that doesn't exist.

Sue the owner/driver of the Tbird for the lost value of your car if you are able, but don't make up injuries where none exist.
