I have wanted to know for a while now ..
Will a Prius+ be considered an EV, for tax purposes ?
I'm sure the kind folks at CalCars have considered this question as well.

btw, I only recently learned that Felix Kramer is the voice; Ron Gremban (sp?) is the engineering muscle.
