The Nissan dealer in toms river has the syn 0w-20 in stock. I was informed that if they are ever out, that they can "get it" in 10 minutes. I'm assuming from the auto store down the street. The cost went down too, from $69. to $63. They have me on the 5K miles schedule but i always go over by about 2K, still within the manufactures less severe interval schedule.
