Funny...
My 2006 TL is now my Sunday car. My 2008 Civic HCH pays for 1/2 it's note in gas savings alone... and now the TL may stay in warranty another 2 years.

Sungod is right on. TL resale is very good... Would be great if gas wasn't so high.

Just sell it outright and buy new. FWIW, every 2006 I looked at was 18-19K + TTL. I paid 23.8K OTD for a brand new one, with the $1100 tax credit. It cost me $3000 for a brand new car with no depreciation applied.

Buy now, the dealers are dealin. Thsi summer they won't be with gas going over $4/gallon.
