Default Unscientific survey (my office): Hybrid attitudes

I've been a somewhat long-term hybrid driver, and many who work with me know this. As I am one of the few people under 30 in my office, many would joke with me about driving a "hippie mobile".

These SUV-driving jokers are no longer joking, they are beginning ask me serious questions about my hybrid. In the last month, I have noticed a large change. Nearly every one of them has asked about what kind of mileage I am getting, and some are seriously thinking about downsizing. Of course, I am trying to sell them on the benefits of a hybrid.

So, it would appear that SUV drivers are changing their attitudes toward small cars. Anyone else noticing this?
