I posted a question on the Camry Hybrid forum (which is what I have).. Since the Prius is similar, I'm also posting here..

Today, a guy ran a red and "creamed" my hybrid.. Lots of rear body damage. I'm looking at bringing it to a Toyota Dealership BECAUSE of the hybrid. After the crash, there was this nasty hissing noise coming from the battery area. I'm afraid it's real bad.. But I want to find a competent place that can actually tell me (and the insurance adjuster) the reality and how much it will cost.

Just wondering if anyone has had a positive experience with Toyota Dealerships involving Prius' that had major accidents in Southern California?
