This was the test results from 2003, I don't know why the average readings were so high, maybe they included other cars for lack of data, I think this year's was just including other Prii.
Hydrocarbons: 0.0266 g/km --- Average Vehicle: 0.0554 --- Maximum Allowed: 0.3700
Carbon Monoxide: 0.0000 g/km --- Average Vehicle: 2.2418 --- Maximum Allowed: 6.2100
Oxides of Nitrogen: 0.0008 g/km --- Average Vehicle: 0.2162 --- Maximum Allowed: 0.9300
This was the first test for the car. It's only done every 2 years (but costs twice as much) and the first years it was exempt. Odomoter was around 33,000km
