I learned a little more about the system. It does hook up to your sewer and water. Since it is using sugar and water the only thing to clean up is the yeast if that is even necessary every time. But the main tid bit is the way it "distills" the ethanol. It uses some kind of reverse osmosis for ethanol instead of water, so no heat for distilling. That might make it very energy efficient.
