Smile Re: 2008 Prius Touring Automatic Door Locks in Drive?

Update 05/2008: I purchased the ecoastaltech autolock "fix" for my Prius. My dealership
(a smalltown local dealer named Anderson Toyota in Kingman AZ) were absolutely great.

The C.S. Mgr and the Service Mgr both felt that I had been "shortchanged" by toyota as the autolock feature Does NOT work in my vehicle. The Wiring,Relays ETC for the feature to actually work was NOT included in the 2008 Prius, though the owners manual says it is!

They took it upon themselves to install the autolock in my Prius FREE OF ANY CHARGES!
The job took a little over an hour making the charges just over a $100.

Now THAT IS REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Another Rason to buy LOCAL whenever possible!

I am a very happy customer, the ecoastaltech "autolock fix" works perfectly every time!

Regards, Robert
