This is
very normal....on any given forum the number of active members rarely exceeds 10% of the total.
I'm about to start a general pet forum. What any forum should seek is a large number of
active daily members. Building a forum is very difficult until 2-3 dozen members are participating sometime during the day. At that critical mass, growth is comparatively effortless.
I think GreenHybrid is approaching the critical mass as defined above.
