The dealers are required to have internet access, and they use computers in the shop to access whatever manual pages they need. That allows Toyota to update the manual frequently. You don't have to be a dealer to subscribe. And, they sell one-day passes for reasonable prices. Last time I bought one, a one-day pass was $10. I spent a day downloading a huge amount of stuff for my (then new) 2008 TCH.
