If you're complaining about a few hours for a repair, you should trade shoes with me. I bought my FEH 07/04/05 and had it towed to the dealer on 07/09/05, where it remains as Ford putzes around getting the right parts for it.

I'd *love* to have had just a few hours to wait for a repair.
