Eric,
I see your orders, currently "pending". Remember, if there's anything else you'd like to stick on with those, try and cancel the order before it's processed and then submit it again.
Also, I'm assuming Wayne is going to deal with the plate he recieves either through customer service, return, & purchase again by himself or just keep it?
