The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (through the Dept. of Environmental Protection) is offering a $500 sales tax rebate for purchases of qualifying purchases of new 2008 and 2009 hybrid vehicles.

There's no specific cut off for this, they do reference that it's first come, first served while the grant money remains, and that rebate claims must be made within 6 months of purchase.
