Same here. Check out the federal and state tax incentives where you are. Since I bought my '05 Hybrid at invoice, the incentives wiped out any price difference between the FEH and an Escape XLT AWD with just about the same equipment. The NY State incentives - real money off the 2004 income tax form, plus a separate incentive that refunded part of the sales tax paid - were really super.
