Thanks. I had wondered how much the regular Escape got (mpg). I live on an island and got no breaks on price. In fact, I have paid something on the order of 8 grand for the privilege of owning the FEH. Doesn't look good if it is just for the numbers, but I wanted to get a hybrid and Prius won't cut it where I drive.
