Only need driver side floor mat
I have the all-season floor mats in my 2006 HCH II and my my right heel has finally worn through the mat on the driver side. The other mats look as good as new so I don't see any reason to replace them.
Here's the rub... they are only sold as a set of 3. I looked on eBay but the 2 front mats there were as expensive as a set of 3 elsewhere. Does anyone know of a source for the OEM mats that might sell a partial set?

Thanks, but I can get the set of three (P/N 08P13-SNA-110) delivered for less than $100 from several dealerships.

You might consider the all-season (rubber mats). With our beige interior we threw in the towel early on and put a black set of those in, using them year 'round.
