I have seen mentions of the California Air Resources Board (CARB) mandatory 150k mile/15yr warranty on PZEV vehicles all over these boards, but have been unable to determine what specific parts it covers. All CARB says is that it covers the "emissions control components."

Can anyone shed some insight on where you can find a specific list of parts that the warranty covers? I'm most interested in the warranty coverage for the Prius and 2006 Civic Hybrid.
