___The 06 HCH is only available as a PZEV although on HS fuel, I don’t know if it will make Tier II/Bin 3 or Tier II/Bin 2? I suspect Bin2 but who knows? You are right about the 8 Year/80,000 in the non-clean states and 15/150,000 in the clean ones … The HCH-I had a 13.2 gallon (ULEV) or an 11.9 gallon (PZEV) tank per the specs. 12.3 is a bit bigger then the 05 PZEV and hopefully she can hold 14 + gallons this time around?
