The online information comes with the vehicle, on a DVD. It is not an owners manual. My Highlander does not have a DVD player so, even the users information is of little use while travelling.

In my case this was a simple mix up. Someone put the wrong owners manual in the car. The puzzle is that, until TMBLDS gave me the part numbers for the correct manual, the dealer didn't know there was a difference, and had no idea how to get a hybrid manual.

Thanks to TMBLDS they do now! And mine is on the way
