Spark plugs on the Insight are scheduled to be changed every 100,000 miles. At 30,000 miles the O2 sensor had work on it. I had the driver's side seat belt harness replaced last month at no charge to me.

A couple of people at Bankston Honda in Lewisville, Texas have said the Insight is the most reliable Honda they work on. At this point (89,000 miles) I was on my third CV boot on my 1988 CRX HF and I thought it was resilient.
