Yup! Happens fairly often when I have done a forced autostop (FAS) and restart the ICE - not sure exactly what causes it, but I think if I start to apply power too quickly after restart, the computer gets confused and stays at 150mpg regardless of the ICE demand. I usually catch it within a couple of minutes and do a FAS again to reset.
