Yes the Costco info does have the disclaimer that not all vehicles may be included due to high demand and limited supplies (Sounds like the hybrid market to me !) You can bet I am meeting with the dealer to get my price locked in, in writting, before counting my costs.

What is the rate / term of the loan you need to take out to qualify. $500 can be eaten up fairly quickly in just a few hundreths of a precent of loan rate? While I hope it not the case for you, I had a similar promise of saving a few years ago when I went to finance a vehicle (OK, i am coming clean..it was a Dodge Dakota P/U
) but when I told them I was giving a large down payment (financing a fairly small amount) they told me I no longer qualified.
