Well my dealer's car stero guy says it is $400 for the kit and I am still not positive it will work for our 06' HEV. (mine looks exactly the same as yours). PIE.NET does make an auxilary input device that you can send the audio from your Xact to the radio without an FM Modulator. You will still have to control your serius with the Xact though. Here is one model of adapter from PIE.NET, X3-FRDW , Just unplug your cd changer cable and use this to control the cd changer and sirius and even 2 other devices like an ipod.
