Most Honda's that I've seen has the cutouts for the fog lights already in the bumper. You just remove the dummy panel and the hole is there. On our bumper there is not cutouts. that's why I question the addition of fog lights. I'm pretty handy and could do the intall myself if the cutouts where already there.
We do like the looks of the 06 a little better. However we got the 05 HAH soly because we could get it at the MSRP of the 06 Accord EX. We got a very good deal on the 05 HAH I think.
We put about 80 miles on the car the day we picked it up. So far we are very satisfied with it.

Hi Brant; I am pretty sure that you have to cut out the slots for the Factory Foglights to fit into on the HAH. The lights are high and so is the labor and of course Labor varies at different dealers. My factory Fogs for my 05 Honda Civic Special Edition ran me $687.00 + Tax Installed. Very pricey indeed but I wanted them so I paid the price.
The reason I am telling you the cost on the Civic 05 Fog Lights of mine is I'm pretty sure the HAH is the same situation as far as the Fog Lights are concerned.
