Good points, and that was indeed a good thing for the salesperson to tell you. Anyone selling hybrids should be TRAINED to know all the details of anything that might come up, including the tax info, the recall, etc. At least print out a news story and have that on hand to give to the potential buyer, just so you'll have something to provide.
