My primary concern is, that when GM has imported their European cars stateside in the past, they've typically been riddled with problems. The Caddilac Catera (if I remember the name right) is one example. Same for the Saturn L car. The European driving public seems to be alot more tolerant of vehicle problems than US car owners are.
