Oh yeah it will. Just going from mid-30s to 42 bumps me up 1mpg, even in cold. You notice the biggest difference while coasting- the car will roll much more easily down slighter hills with them pumped up. Ride is a little rougher, but I sort of like the sportier feel- we DO have a sporty car in disguise after all.

I also notice my car seems to track straighter with them pumped up, but that's probably my head playing tricks.
