My New Year's resolutions are to eat light in 5-6 meals during the day.
My reference to an Iron-cast Insight is NOT to be confused with the Ironman Triathalon held in Hawaii. It's the longest of four types of triathalons. There are about two dozen or zo triathalons to qualify in the Ironman. Doubt I'll ever do it, but just reading it get me tired. In 18 hours, they:- bike 115-miles (a long day for the Tour de France)
- run 26.2 miles (a marathon)
- swim 2.4 miles in the ocean
....got to get a massage.
