I found these websites that makes the same claim. Positive and negative comments.

I like the comment one of the posters in the forum one said ... Wait for the Mythbusters to test it to be certain . We all need to send in a lot of requests for them to test all the mileage increasers for cars today on several different types of vehicles including hybrids. Maybe they can have some GreenHybrid expert hypermilers from CA help them with the experiments
