43/37 is a bit lower than I'd hoped but it's not bad, and I find cars with more powerful engines don't get much worse than EPA compared to small-engined cars, so maybe someone like me can expect 35 mpg, which is pretty good, especially with a 15-gallon refill (not counting reserve). It would be trivial going 525 miles before the alarm goes off, or stretching it nearly to 600 if desired. (525 = 35*15)
Of course getting 40 mpg gets you 600 miles before the alarm goes off.
Honestly I would not rule out trading in my HCH for a TCH even though I'd only have had it for 7 months when the TCH arrives... I just like the HSD tech alot better than IMA, and the Camry looks like the first decent car the HSD will be put into.
