Yeah, I guess I should have taken the white one instead of the silvery-blue...
Eh, whatever the case, it's too late now, but hopefully the car will be out of the shop by the 20th of this month....hopefully. This time the damage was done to the front driver side quarter panel and wheel well....and it was leaking green. The other guy claimed liability at the time of the accident, so his company's insurance is covering the bills.
Just so everyone knows, tho, as this is my second accident in my HCH, PLEASE EVERYONE: make sure that if you're riding with a passenger, make them sit as far back as possible and keep in mind that if you get hit (and they have legs that reach the floorboard), their legs WILL collide with the center console....both accidents I've had have seen passengers with nasty leg bruising and/or swollen ankles/knees. Just FYI. Cuz a hurting leg belongs to an cranky, slowly ambulatory, afraid-to-ride-with-you-again passenger.
Will try to keep up with the posting to let y'all know how the repairs go.
